GBA: How does it feel to finally know where you're going to play college soccer?

EG: I'm very excited and revielved at the same time. The anxiety is finally gone.

GBA: Tell us, what would you say is the toughest part of the whole recruiting process?

EG: Waiting for responses from coaches was tough. It feels like an eternity at times but really it was a few weeks at times. Being patient is an absolute virtue when managing this arduous process.

GBA: What excites you the most about Colorado Christian's Soccer Program?

EG: The City is sensational and the coaching staff is even better! I can't wait to get started.

GBA: If you could advise the younger players who dream of playing College Soccer, what would you tell them about the whole recruiting process?

EG: Patience is a virtue, if you can wait you'll be good.

GBA: What was it like to work with GBA during your college search?

EG: The helped me get connected with coaches. Lots of phone calls and emails were made and sent out on my behalf by Golden Ball Agency.

GBA: What are your plans from now until you report for preseason in August of '24?

EG: I can know play and train worry free as I know where I'll be going come the Fall of 2024.

This signing is very special one for GBA. Looking back on when Evan was spotted in a final at Pine Avenue Park in Carlsbad,CA vs Encinitas Express in the Carlsbad Cup. His side may have lost that tough final but he was the shining star in that showcase masterpiece. That night thoughts of where he would end up at the next level was a very intriguing idea. Now we know and we couldn't be more happy for Evan. Coach Camp has snapped up a fantastic player who has a lot of heart and technique! All the best to you Evan, you've made many so proud of you and you'll continue to do so!
